Joe Benninger co-leads CBRE’s Southern Ontario Investment Team focusing exclusively on development land and investment property transactions across all commercial asset classes including industrial, retail, office and multi-residential. Joe has over 26 years of experience working with institutional and private investors and developers consulting and brokering transactions in markets throughout Southern Ontario from Waterloo Region to Windsor, Hamilton, Niagara, North Bay and most markets in between. Joe is consistently recognized as a top performer within CBRE, evidenced by his involvement in transactions in excess of $1B. In recent years, Joe’s team has brokered land sales for the development of over 20,000 multi-residential units, $300M in retail, office and industrial investment properties, and over $350M in multi-residential investment properties.
