Kimberley Hill has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. She is the Senior Vice President, Customer Solutions, responsible for client services for national tenants within the Dream Industrial Platform. Kimberley served as SVP Asset Management for Summit Industrial Income REIT from September 2012 until February 2023, responsible for all aspects of an industrial portfolio across Canada. Prior to her tenure at Summit, Kimberley was Senior VP of Asset Management for ING Real Estate Canada, responsible for the performance of a 38MM sf industrial portfolio located in key regions across Canada. Kimberley also served as VP, Central Canada for the original Summit REIT. Prior to 1999, Kimberley had extensive experience in commercial real estate with a large Canadian real estate company both in property management and leasing of “A Class” office buildings.
