Martin Cote is an urban re-development and residential development land specialist based in Waterloo Region with over 15 years’ experience at CBRE.

Martin has an in-depth knowledge of the Southwestern Ontario residential development market. His team has brokered land sales for the development of over 20,000 multi-residential units, over 2,000 acres of land, and over $1.0B in overall transaction volume. Martin regularly assists clients with the disposition and acquisition of unique high density redevelopment properties, infill sites, and suburban subdivision development lands.

Prior to joining CBRE, Martin was employed with Stantec Consulting Ltd., a leading international engineering consulting firm. While employed in this engineering role, Martin was involved with various environmental engineering projects ranging from land development support, contaminated site management and water resource development.
