Matthew Chandy is the Director of Innovation and Economic Development at the Region of Waterloo. Matthew has held community and economic development positions at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels of government. In his current role, Matthew leads strategic land development and shovel-ready projects that support industrial investment and affordable housing development in Waterloo Region.
