Profile
Paul Leveck is a multidisciplinary, forward-thinking developer with a breadth of hands-on experience, focusing on the mixed-use residential condo sector in the K-W region. With over 25 years of experience in the Southwestern Ontario real estate market, Paul started his career in real estate banking; spent over a decade in greenfield development and has focused the last 10 years of his career on market condo projects. This career path has led to a comprehensive understanding of the complex interaction between finance, sales, marketing, design, and planning necessary to bring large mixed-use developments to life. Paul’s most recently completed condo, Blackstone, was the first of its kind bringing large scale urban-style mixed-use living to a suburban location, blurring the lines of what is possible in a suburban context. Paul is currently working on 6 projects totaling over 5500 units, including Station Park and 417 King, currently approved as the tallest tower to be built in Kitchener. Paul has a degree in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.
