Paul Leveck is a multidisciplinary, forward thinking residential developer with a breadth of hands-on experience in all aspects of land development and business operations. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry in Southwestern Ontario, Paul’s ability to fluently communicate in the languages of finance, sales, marketing, technology, design, and strategic direction allow him to deliver exciting and results-oriented success to the projects he undertakes. Starting his career in real estate banking, Paul moved on to greenfield development in the K-W region and is now involved with some of the largest condominium development projects in the Region, including Blackstone and Station Park. Paul has a proven track record of effectively managing large and complex development projects and real estate transactions.
