Sean Ford is the Operating Partner for Dancor. Sean takes pride in successfully working directly for each and every client to ensure that everything promised is delivered on time or early.

Sean Ford and Danny Sanita became partners in Dancor in 2004. Both grew up in the same neighborhood of North York, just north of Toronto. Sean was the Vice President of a large Industrial/Commercial Design Build construction firm in the 1990’s and early 2000’s but was looking to branch out as an owner and provide a different approach to client service and construction. Both Danny and Sean approach each project through the client’s needs and wants, and do everything they possibly can to satisfy those conditions.

Sean and Danny have been honored by the Cities of Toronto, Mississauga, and Laredo for their contributions to the growth and development of these cities.

Sean brings a unique set of life experiences to Dancor. In addition to his construction abilities, Sean was the General Manager of a Concrete firm, Lecturer at Ryerson Polytechnical University, Owner General Contracting and Construction firm, Manager, Ontario Ministry of Labour, and Policy Adviser, Ontario Government. Each role he has played in his life has become the melting pot of expert experience benefiting clients and staff alike.

His team approach to managing all projects, Dancor’s business goals, new business development, and charitable endeavors have earned Sean and Dancor prestigious accolades from the community and industry alike.

Sean has built millions of square feet in his career and has developed a retained portfolio of more than 1,300,000 S.F. in London, Toronto, Ontario and Texas.
