Dr. Steven Webber, RPP, MCIP is the Founder and Principal of Urban Formation, a consulting practice focusing on land economics, development feasibility analysis, and affordable housing initiatives. Steven is committed to supporting collaborative city building approaches that bridge the gap between planners and developers. He offers pro forma workshops that introduce planners to the economic factors impacting development investment decisions. Previously Steven was a faculty member at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and the University of Toronto where he taught and mentored countless current planning and development professionals. Steven earned a master’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a doctorate from the University of Southern California.
