Stewart Barclay is Chief Operating Officer at Perimeter Development Corporation. He joined the company in 2012 as Partner bringing with him a diverse background in commercial real estate from both the UK and Canada. Stewart began his career at Colliers International in the UK practicing commercial real estate consulting and appraisal. Transferring to North America with Colliers in the late 1990’s, Stewart has continued to develop his career in the fields of commercial real estate investment sales, asset management, debt and equity financing and development. Taking progressively more senior roles with Colliers, Agellan Capital and then First Gulf Development, Stewart now oversees a team responsible for Perimeter’s key functional areas including accounting and finance, property operations, asset management and development underwriting. Stewart is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors where he continues to be actively involved on the panels undertaking the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) ensuring that candidate members are competent and meet the high standards of professionalism required to become a chartered surveyor.
