Vince Rosati is Vice President of Project Development at Rosati Group, a family-owned, third-generation design-build construction and real estate development company based in Windsor, founded in 1969 and operating across southwestern Ontario for over five decades. He leads the development of industrial, commercial, and mixed-use projects for the firm, with hands-on involvement from site acquisition through construction delivery. A licensed real estate professional, Vince brings both a developer's perspective and a market practitioner's lens to the evolving commercial & industrial landscape.
