Zev KershmanVice President, Compliance- Regulated Products at DashQSpeaker
Profile
Zev started selling real estate in 2014. The work pulled him in fast, but the work itself was slow - fragmented systems and manual processes turning every deal into its own project. He wanted to make it better at scale and hasn't looked back.
The first answer was the brokerage. In 2019 Zev and the team opened DigiBrokerage, something of their own to recruit on and build off. A year later they built CondoDork, which became Canada's largest condo database to drive lead generation. The signal was strong enough to expand to Toronto. Two markets in and their thesis formed: in a regulated industry, technology gives you reach and the license gives you a market.
DashQ came next. Zev joined as a founding team member, helped build the product, onboarded the first customers, and built the Customer Success function. Coming full circle, he returned to where his career started at the intersection of brokerage and product to lead Regulated Products. As DashQ scales DashForce across new markets - the licensing, contracts, and compliance infrastructure helps make expansion possible.
