I earned my CMP in 2000. The HC Certification was launched in 2015, I was the first class to earn that certification. We must certify every 5 years and thanks to the Speaker Program Summit I no longer struggle to find a program that provides education to the healthcare sector. For the healthcare piece, its 15 credit hours I need every five years, and I can easily accomplish that in two meetings with the Speaker Program Summit

I enjoyed the different tracks, although I wear many hats in my organization, so multiple tracks were interesting to me. I gained a lot of insight around benchmarking and polling. I really liked the interactive sessions and the small breakout group format.

Sessions I enjoyed most: Day 1 -Speaker Program Master Class and Live Polling- Michael and Tim were very informative; Day 2 - DOJ panel! Really enjoyed how they covered the Biohaven case; would have enjoyed hearing more from them about other case studies. Guide to being Audit ready and also Ensuring Virtual Compliant Speaker Programs were also interesting... I really enjoyed being in a room with like-minded colleagues; interesting to see how everyone is dealing with the same issues and concerns. Enjoyed the abundance of delicious food!

The biggest benefit was the networking - the people in attendance were fantastic and so willing to have conversations. It all felt very easy and collaborative. Great energy throughout all sessions and between attendees.

The cross collaborations and alignment within the industry was the best part!

Loved the Master Class, especially the benchmarking. Loved the session where we were assigned to tables and had a facilitated discussion. The AI Session was great - where the speaker was sharing different uses of ChatGPT. And of course, the DOJ session is always great. This is my third year in attendance and it was the best one yet.

Overall, I thought the event was very well run and provided good information for the varied audience type (marketing, operations, compliance). There was ample time to network and it was nice to meet vendors in the industry. The hotel venue was very nice.
