AI Leadership & Strategy Programme for Business Transformation
Build the leadership, governance and practical AI skills to design a responsible AI transformation strategy for your organisation.
What's in store
This course provides a comprehensive, practical journey through AI leadership, strategy, governance, and business transformation. Beginning with shared AI foundations, it explores how AI reshapes leadership behaviour, strategic thinking, and decision-making, before deepening into AI as a strategic capability through real-time market intelligence, the Value Creation Model, and Digital Twin frameworks.
The second half builds practical skills in AI productivity, tool selection, and prompting, grounded in case studies from banking, insurance, and technology. The course culminates in the HarbourView case study, where participants synthesise their learning into a governance-aware AI transformation strategy they can apply within their own organisations.

Led By Jon Ward
For more than twenty years, Jon has trained managing directors, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional change teams on how to lead, sponsor, and sustain large-scale transformation. His work has focused on equipping leaders with the skills to navigate complex organisational landscapes, build alignment across competing interests, and drive meaningful change in international settings.
Jon has worked in Change Management for more than thirty years, partnering with blue chip organisations across multiple countries and sectors. His commitment to stakeholder centred change began early in his career: shortly after leaving college as an apprentice, he was responsible for redesigning manual administrative processes used to manufacture components for Concorde and the Harrier jump jet, working closely with engineering, production, and quality teams. More recently, he has led transformational agile change in various organisations, introducing new ways of working to improve delivery performance, strengthen teamwork, and align diverse stakeholders behind strategic outcomes.
