Terez Rijkenberg is an executive coach, leadership consultant and innovation facilitator with 20 years of experience across corporate leadership and executive development. Having held executive leadership roles herself, she has coached and trained senior leaders across sectors including consumer goods, legal, fintech, renewable energy, food production, engineering and government, from FTSE 100 corporations to private equity backed and high-growth businesses across the UK and internationally.
Underpinning all of her work is the RAFT® Formula, a methodology grounded in behavioural psychology and neuroscience, which shifts how leaders think, decide and collaborate so the capability stays in the business long after the workshop ends. She also works at the forefront of AI-amplified leadership, building practical AI operating systems with executives and their teams, so she teaches innovation as a daily working practice she uses herself. Organisations bring her in when they want their leaders to stop managing the status quo and start creating what comes next.
