Profile

Adam joined Alchemy in 2020 from Macfarlanes where he specialised in corporate M&A and private equity.

He is a practising solicitor and is responsible for legal and compliance matters across the Alchemy group and associated funds; he is also the firm’s Compliance Officer.

Adam has a Law degree from the University of Leeds and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School.
