Elisabetta joined Stirling Square in 2021. Previously, she worked as a senior investment professional at CDPQ and TowerBrook and began her career in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs, where she focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. Elisabetta holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. At Stirling Square, Ms Ricci is a member of the Firm’s Management Board, Remuneration Committee, Portfolio Committee, Sustainability Committee, Valuation Committee and a non-voting member of the Investment Committee. She chairs the Operating & Risk Management Committee. Elisabetta also serves on the board of select Stirling Square portfolio companies (Infobric, Itelyum, and SAR).
