Iohan is the CFO and Compliance Officer at Contrarian Ventures, overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, fund administration, taxation and compliance. Prior to this, he was an Audit Manager in the Private Equity Department at EY Luxembourg, where he specialized in the external audit of Private equity and Venture Capital structures. With 8 years of experience in the Fund and Venture Capital industry, Iohan has extensive experience in managing various stakeholders involved in fund management, such as investors, service providers, and regulators.

Iohan holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Maastricht University and an MSc in International Business Economics & Management from KU Leuven. A native of Belgium, he has enriched his professional and personal life through diverse international experiences in the USA, the Netherlands, Poland, Luxembourg, and Lithuania.
