Juste Damulyte-Brookes is Head of Finance at Iron Wolf Capital, a pan-European venture capital firm investing in deep tech, defence and dual-use technologies. She has over a decade of experience in senior finance roles spanning private capital, investment management and high-growth businesses.

At Iron Wolf Capital, Juste leads the finance function, with responsibility for fund finance, operations, compliance, reporting and the financial infrastructure required to support a growing investment platform. She is also a Board Member of the Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, contributing to the development of the Baltic private capital ecosystem.

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Juste brings an international perspective shaped by her career across the UK and Lithuania.
