Nick is our Finance Director.

He has overall responsibility for the Corporate, Fund and Operational Finance (including Treasury and Luxembourg) accounting teams.

Nick joined Hg in 2019, following a five-year spell with Capita plc, where he held various senior finance roles initially in Group and then subsequently as an operational finance director. Prior to that, Nick spent twelve years at Deloitte in their corporate audit practice. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Warwick, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
