Paul is Finance Director and MLRO at Passion Capital, one of Europe's first seed and pre-seed investors. He is responsible for fund and management company finances, as well as regulatory reporting across multiple funds, SPVs and two FCA-regulated managers.

Prior to Passion Capital, Paul led Molten Ventures' valuation team while supporting fund accounting. Paul started his career as a teacher before moving to PwC to train as an accountant.
