Peter McKenzie is a senior C-suite executive, leadership coach, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience leading organisations through transformation in banking, finance, private equity, and real estate.

He currently serves as General Manager of Anticipa Real Estate, a Blackstone portfolio company in Spain, and has held senior leadership roles across Citi, PwC, and Apollo.. He has led complex organisations through change - not from the sidelines, but from the boardroom.

Alongside his executive career, Peter coaches and advises senior leaders and leadership teams on executive presence, communication, and the influencing skills needed to drive transformation that actually sticks.

He is a Communications Professor and Public Speaking Coach at IESE Business School in Barcelona, and has spoken at over 50 conferences across Europe, the United States, Australia, Hong Kong, and South Africa.
