Mr. O’Neill has acted as Chief Operating Officer of StepStone Group Europe Alternative Investments Limited for the past 5+ years and is a member of the private debt team.

Prior to joining Stepstone, Mr. O’Neill spent 13 years with SS&C working in fund administration, spending the last 5 years as Head of Operations for Private Equity Fund Services for both Dublin and Luxembourg. Prior to that, Mr. O’Neill worked for Investors Bank and Trust (now a State Street company).

Mr. O’Neill received his Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin and his Master’s in Engineering from University College, Dublin. Mr. O’Neill is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
