Stuart is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Europe in our London office. Prior to joining Providence in 2023, Stuart spent 15 years at Deloitte where he led their UK M&A tax business, as well as having launched a contingent risk insurance business focused on M&A, as well as having worked at Alvarez and Marsal focusing on the private equity market.

Stuart’s current role includes transaction execution, new products, and managing the legal and regulatory profile of Providence in Europe.
