Victoria is Chief Compliance Officer at Stafford and is responsible for all aspects of compliance across the business.

Victoria brings over 20 years of experience in legal and compliance roles within financial services. Most recently at gunnercooke LLP, Victoria advised investment managers on all aspects of private investment management, compliance strategy, and global regulatory matters. Prior to that, Victoria was General Counsel at MVision Private Equity Advisers for nine years.

Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences, a Distinction in Legal Practice from BPP Law School and trained in the Private Equity Group at SJ Berwin LLP.
