Headquartered in Luxembourg and with a presence in Mauritius, Innpact is, since 2007, a leading global advisor for impact investment structures and funds. Innpact offers specialised advisory services in the establishment and management of impact finance funds with a strong expertise in impact sectors such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, biodiversity, agriculture, forestry, job creation, education, housing, social entrepreneurship and climate finance at large.

Having structured 35+ impact finance investment vehicles, among which 23 blended finance structures designed, created and supported, and with a team of 50 experienced impact and fund specialists, Innpact serves a wide range of clients from development finance institutions to foundations, banks, NGOs, institutional investors and impact fund managers.

Innpact has supported a wide variety of funds from private equity funds to complex blended finance funds investing in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe and Europe and focusing on many different impact themes such as Agriculture/Sustainable Land Use/Agroforestry, Biodiversity, Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, Microfinance/SME finance. Innpact holds two fund management licences: 1/ an authorised AIFM licence in Luxembourg and 2/ a CIS Manager licence in Mauritius. As of May 2024, Innpact manages 10 impact funds for a total of $1bn of assets including commitments. These 2 fund platforms are completed by a securitisation platform, adding the structuring capacity of Bonds in complement to the funds’ structures.
