Alexander Romanishyn is a seasoned top executive and policymaker, boasting over 15 years of experience in public policy, corporate finance, and strategic consulting. Formerly the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine, he now serves as the Strategy Director at Razom We Stand. He has held significant roles in both the public and private sectors, having collaborated with various ministries and advisory bodies. In his management role at EY's Corporate Finance division and in Investment Companies like Midland Group UK, Volwest Group, he executed over 10 cross-border M&A transactions in the CEE region in the financial, agribusiness, renewable energy, manufacturing, and ICT sectors. Alexander Romanishyn holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business from the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”.
