Charlotte Daelemans is a managing director and senior real asset specialist in the Global Client Group at Nuveen, based in London. She is responsible for investor relations and capital raising for the private market’s real assets strategies of Nuveen and its affiliates in Europe and the UK.

Prior to joining Nuveen in 2021, she spent six years at AMP Capital where she was responsible for infrastructure equity and debt capital raising as well as investor relations for Southern Europe. Before that she worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management for five years where she was raising assets in the Benelux and later the French market. She started her career at Bloomberg L.P. in 2007, where she held several roles including business development for the Benelux market and Buy side specialist.

Charlotte graduated with honours from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven with a Masters degree in Finance and with honours from Vlerick Business School with a Masters degree in Management. She also holds the CFA designation and the CFA certificate in ESG investing.
