Emily Simonis joined LS Power in 2011 and serves as a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee. Previously, Ms. Simonis was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and a Director at Merrill Lynch in Tokyo and New York. Ms. Simonis received a B.A. in Political Science from Willamette University and attended the Tokyo International University Bekka Program.

LS Power is a North American developer, investor, and operator of power and energy infrastructure with $54 billion raised in debt and equity capital since 1990. Its successes include the development and acquisition of 47,000 MW of utility-scale generation (solar, wind, hydro, and natural gas-fired) and battery energy storage. LS Power also built 780+ miles of transmission utilities across the U.S. and actively scales businesses accelerating the energy transition, such as electric vehicle charging, demand response, microgrids, renewable fuels, and waste-to-energy platforms.
