Erik Thijs Wedershoven is Director and Head of ESG at NPM Capital, a 78 year old PE firm in the Netherlands. NPM has a flexible investment horizon which allows to actively support companies in long-term value creation and integrate ESG as a lens to all key investment decisions. Prior to joining NPM, he led the EY Sustainability Consulting practice in the Netherlands and has been active in various international organizations in the realm of sustainable development, also as a Supervisory Board member, over the past 20 years.
