Profile
Igor Lukin is a Managing Director at Allianz Capital Partners (ACP) in the direct infrastructure investment team in Munich, Germany. He joined ACP in 2012 and has worked on multiple infrastructure transactions in the energy, telecommunication and transport sectors across various geographies.
Currently his focus is on development of infrastructure investment opportunities in the area of energy transition including green hydrogen and similar de-carbonization technologies. He led ACP’s first two direct investment in the sector: Finnish green power-to-gas developer Ren-Gas in 2022 and Norwegian green ammonia project developer FUELLA in 2023.
Igor is currently representing ACP on the boards of a fiber roll-out company Unsere Grüne Glasfaser in Germany, motorway service area operator Tank & Rast in Germany and Czech gas distribution network GasNet.
Prior to joining ACP, he worked at Oil & Gas financing and advisory team at UniCredit in Munich and New York. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Technical University of Darmstadt and is a CFA Charterholder.
