Isabelle joined the Atrato Group in August 2023 and leads the firm’s ESG function. She is responsible for shaping and delivering sustainability strategy at the Group-level and for two listed funds (Social Housing REIT plc and Supermarket Income REIT plc) and driving ESG integration across fund-level investment and asset‑management activities. Prior to joining Atrato, Isabelle was a Manager in EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services team, where she advised clients across multiple sectors on managing sustainability-related risks, navigating evolving regulatory requirements, and enhancing data management and reporting practices. Isabelle holds an LL.M in Environmental and Energy Law from Georgetown University and previously earned an LLB(Hons) and a BSc from the University of Canterbury.
