Johannes is the founder and CEO of ENRAIL. He brings over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the energy sector, with a strong international track record in the development, implementation, and financing of renewable energy projects, as well as M&A transactions.

After earning a degree in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna, Johannes spent more than a decade in consulting. His career included roles in interim management and post-merger integration at Capgemini / OMV Petrom and KPMG, where he specialized in midcap M&A and renewable energy projects such as hydropower, wind, and solar energy.

ENRAIL is a leading developer and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company, focusing on the development of photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage systems (BESS) with a commitment to sustainable mobility. The company is currently advancing a project pipeline of 1 GW.

In addition, ENRAIL established the ENRAIL Energy Transition Fund (EETF), with a target volume of €100 million, to support the energy transition, sustainable mobility, and promote investments in renewable energy solutions.
