Laurent is the CEO of Perfesco which he founded in 2013. He partnered with EDF (Electricité de France), leading European energy producer, to develop an innovative energy service company.

Perfesco is working with large industrials and helps them reduce their energy and CO2 footprints. Perfesco develops decarbonization projects on its clients’ sites on several verticals like efficient motorization, heat pumps, smart lighting or enhanced furnaces.

Perfesco not only technically develops the projects but also finances them. The company concludes 5/10 years contracts with its customers and gets repaid through the measured energy savings. Perfesco exploits the infrastructures on its clients’ sites during the contracts’ life and makes sure that the savings are generated.

Perfesco is putting the industrial energy transition as the core of its investment focus and works with major industrial companies like Toyota, General Electric or SKF.
