Maddalena Orlandini is a Director at mcp. She has over 15 years of experience in private markets across funds and co-investments, spanning both mainstream and impact strategies. She joined mcp in January 2026 from Kieger AG, where she co-managed the overall private markets portfolio and led impact investing activities. Prior to this, she served as Deputy Head of Private Markets at Julius Baer, overseeing private market fund and co-investment investments across both mainstream and impact strategies. Before Julius Baer, she held a similar role at Credit Suisse, where she was responsible for private market fund origination and due diligence. Maddalena began her career in the private equity fund placement business in London. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and teaches private markets fund diligence at the University of Zurich to UHNW family members.
