Neil has more than 35 years of experience in the investment industry, mainly in private equity. He started his career at Bain & Company and was with Silverfleet Capital from 1989 to 2021, most recently as Managing Partner and then Chairman. Neil is a past Chair of UK Private Capital (formerly the BVCA) and a former board member of the UK Business Angels Association (UKBAA). Neil holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Cambridge though he started his degree studying physical natural sciences.
