Olena Reznik is Investment Director at Mirova, with over 15 years of experience in the energy transition across wind, solar and energy storage projects in Europe. She focuses on originating, structuring and executing infrastructure investments, with a strong emphasis on capital deployment, risk allocation and long-term value creation. Prior to joining Mirova, she gained experience in energy transition infrastructure in Germany and in infrastructure and private equity transactions in France. At Mirova, she contributes to scaling platforms and supporting developers in evolving market and regulatory environments.
