Profile

Paul is a Principal at Activate Capital, a climate-focused growth equity fund investing in the sustainable, resilient transformation of global systems. Paul leads the firm’s investment strategies around transportation, logistics and AI and oversees investments for the Fund in Altana, Flexe, Optimal Dynamics and Ridecell.
Prior to Activate, Paul was an investor at Element Partners, a private equity platform with $850m of AUM focused on renewable energy and other sustainable industrial technologies. Paul began his career at Piper Jaffray (PIPR) where he advised diversified industrial and applied technology companies on M&A.
Paul is a graduate of Duke University where he studied Public Policy and Economics. Paul enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his family, reading biographies and listening to live music.
