Raphaela Schmid serves as Head of ESG & Sustainability at Gresham House, where she leads the firm’s sustainability strategy across its equity and credit investment platforms. In this role, she oversees the integration of ESG principles into investment and asset management processes, develops proprietary sustainable investment frameworks, and drives ESG performance across a diverse portfolio. Since joining Gresham House in 2017, Raphaela has actively engaged with investors and stakeholders, sharing insights and fostering collaboration on ESG topics.

With a strong foundation in the infrastructure investment space, Raphaela has experience on both the sell-side and buy-side. Prior to joining Gresham House, she held roles at D.CT Deutsche Cleantech, Deutsche Bank, and PwC, where she gained expertise in M&A, corporate finance, and transaction services.
