Prior to Ares’ acquisition of GCP in 2025, Mr. Fissolo led the clean energy business at GCP Europe, where he established an infrastructure platform aimed at decarbonizing logistics real estate. Previously, he served as a Director at SUSI Partners, where he originated and executed private credit and equity investments across the sustainable energy sector. Mr. Fissolo holds an M.Eng., cum laude, in Electronics from the Polytechnic University of Turin and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen.
