Tim He is a co-founder of Ode Growth Partners, a €300m European growth equity fund dedicated to software and AI companies that secure the world’s most essential industries.

Before founding Ode, Tim was a General Partner at Summa Equity, where he led the firm’s Tech-Enabled Transformation and Energy Transition investment teams. Prior to Summa, he held a leadership role at Kinnevik, rebuilding the firm’s Nordic portfolio and leading healthcare investing in the US, and began his venture career at Northzone. Earlier, Tim co-founded Groupon in China, contributing to its rapid market expansion.

Tim holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MFE from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Economics degree from the University of Copenhagen. He is both a Danish and Swedish national and lives in Copenhagen with his wife and three children.
