Uwe Fleischhauer is a member of the executive board at YIELCO Investments AG. Between 1998 and 2011 he was self-employed at Fleischhauer, Hoyer & Partner (FHP), Private Equity Consultants, where he focused exclusively on the asset classes private equity, infrastructure, mezzanine and private debt. Besides advising institutional investors, he regularly conducted widely regarded market studies and empirical studies. Prior to becoming self-employed, he was a consultant/project leader at international consulting firms (Mercer Management Consulting and Arthur D. Little). He holds a degree in business administration and a postgraduate degree in “European Enterprise Management” after periods of study in the United Kingdom and Spain.
