Shinichiro Harada is a General Manager of Alternative Investment Department at Daido Life Insurance Company.

He joined Daido Life Insurance Company in 1997. Since then, he has been involved in the full spectrum of credit investment activities across various investment divisions within Daido for over 25 years.

Since 2017, he had led Daido’s private debt investments, including direct lending, infrastructure debt, and real estate debt, as the Head of the Structured Debt Unit.

Since April 2025, he has been responsible for managing the private asset portfolio, including private equity, infrastructure equity, and private debt.
