Alejandro Guerrero is Co-Founder and General Partner at Act One Ventures, a Seed and Pre-Seed fund investing in AI-native enterprise software reimagining core business systems from the ground up — across fintech and payments, commerce and logistics, and compliance and risk. A two-time founder turned venture capitalist, Alejandro helped launch Act One in 2016, bringing hands-on operational experience to every founder relationship from initial check to exit.

With $147M in AUM and currently investing from its third fund, Act One has backed more than 60 companies. The firm's standout exit is AuditBoard, where Act One led the Seed round in March 2016. AuditBoard's $3.15B acquisition by Hg in May 2024 marked the largest M&A by a VC-backed company that year and the largest ever sale of a VC-backed software business by a private equity sponsor.
