Christian Sinding joined EQT Partners in 1998 from AEA Investors Inc., a leading U.S.-based private equity firm. Since 1 January 2019, he is Managing Partner and CEO of EQT AB. Christian also serves on various of the firm's investment committees, including as Chairman of the Global Investment Forum. He is Board Member of the EQT Foundation, as well as on the board of a leading Scandinavian Family Office.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Science (in Commerce) degree from the University of Virginia, which he received with Distinction in 1994. Prior to joining AEA, Christian was employed as a financial analyst with Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. investment bankers in the U.S.

Outside work, his interests include supporting the Basecamp Foundation in the Masai Mara region of Africa and its sustainable development.
