Erin Hallock has more than two decades of experience in scaling breakthrough technologies from lab to market. She will play a pivotal role in advancing the NATO Innovation Fund’s strategy to bridge the gap between early-stage innovation and operational deployment across NATO nations, by
supporting founders through complex industrial adoption cycles, and ensuring critical technologies reach the organisations and sectors where they can deliver maximum strategic impact.

Erin joins the NATO Innovation Fund from bp Ventures, where she led the full investment lifecycle in digital technologies, deep tech, and exploratory ventures as a Managing Partner. Her portfolio work included guiding companies through regulatory, operational, and market integration challenges. Earlier in her career, Erin held leadership roles at BGF and Barclays Bank, where she developed deep expertise in helping innovators meet both urgent capability needs and long-term transformation goals of large-scale organisations.
