Henrik Persson is Founder and Managing Partner of Sprints, a European technology-focused growth equity firm established in 2015. He oversees the firm's investment strategy, sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management across a portfolio of pan-European market leaders including Revolut, Vinted, Checkout.com and Flightradar24.

Prior to Sprints, Henrik spent a decade at Swedish investment firm Kinnevik, where he led investments into 27 tech companies totalling more than €1.7bn deployed and over €10bn in realised value.
