Joe Schorge is the Founder and Managing Partner of Isomer Capital, based in London and focused on European early stage venture capital. Isomer accesses high-potential opportunities in European technology through limited partner investments in funds, company co-investments, and providing liquidity to firms and founders via secondary purchases. Previously Joe spent over 20 years’ working as an LP, GP and technology operations executive, most notably at Pomona Capital, a leading global secondaries firm, and earlier at Cambridge Associates responsible for advising institutional investors on $2bn of private equity investments. Joe began his career in information technology operating roles at Invensys plc (now Schneider Electric) in the US and Europe. He received a BS Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and an MBA from London Business School.
