Milena is Partner at Antares Ventures, a specialist deep tech fund investing globally in ventures that address climate and sustainability challenges in Asia Growth Markets. From energy transition and decarbonisation to sustainable agriculture and resilient cities, Antares actively helps the scaling of transformative innovation across the region. Milena is an advocate for climate-aligned investing and co-chairs the Climate Solutions Committee at the Singapore Venture Capital Association. She is also on the Board of Trustees of the Clean Air Fund (UK). Milena has over 25 years of finance experience across investment banking (M&A/IPO), wealth management and venture capital.
