Vadim Shpak joined Vickers in 2016 as Managing Director. He contributes to Vickers’s overall investment strategy, by, among other things, participating in investment selection and recommendation, and portfolio monitoring. In this regard, he also maintains relationships with portfolio companies and works with them to enhance strategic and financial value.

Vadim also participates in the ongoing management and monitoring of both the financial and operational aspects of Vickers’s fund investments. He establishes and maintains relationships with institutional and individual investors to provide comprehensive and current updates and reports of the Vickers funds to enhance understanding of the value created by the firm.
