Adnan Alhashmi is a Senior Specialist at Tawazun Council for Defence Enablement, with over 13 years of experience in accounting, investment, governance, risk and compliance across the defence and financial sectors. An ACCA and ACFE member, he holds GRCP and CFA Investment Foundations credentials, an MBA from Abu Dhabi University and a BSc in Accounting from UAE University. Adnan has led initiatives in anti-bribery and compliance management, governance, risk management and internal controls, and actively contributes to professional associations and the development of the finance and accounting profession in the UAE.
